That's right, I've made the first post ever on this blog. I win all the internets. Hahahah! You all lose the internets, to me. Indeed. Quite so. Live with it.

So anyway I have decided to start up a personal blog. I tried to do this years ago and never really followed through with it so hopefully this time will be different than the last. I rather enjoy writing and hope that this blog will function as a good outlet for my love to do this.

I suppose the best way to start of this blog would be  with the events of today. I spent the entire night flitting into few minute bursts of sleep, interrupted by a flared and infected sore tooth that I had drilled out to begin a root canal some time ago.  Clearly I myself didn't actually dig out the tooth myself, I am referring to a dentist who did it. A thin layer of filling was all that separated the nerve from the air. Every breath with air too cold or too damp set it off.

I'm going to be honest I was in a lot of pain. I took far more Motrin than anyone should take. I took at least 6 or so 400mg Motrin tablets and about 4 300mg tablets in a period of six or so hours. Not. Healthy.


So today with almost no sleep and practically passing out I sat with my jaw creaked open for over an hour to have the root canal finished. The bleeding nerve prevented completion and has left me with a finished root canal without the reconstructed tooth, again only a layer of filling. Thankfully though the nerve is gone and with it, the pain.

The worst part for me? 14 stabs with the freezing needle to get me numb. I still felt the end of the process.
